1996年，陳俊龍博士發明「水壓式推鼻竇術(Hydraulic Sinus Condensing, HSC)」，當時卻遭遇不少質疑。
1998年，在南加州大學(USC)研討會上進行HSC演講，許多醫師當場嘲笑，言語攻擊，甚至還收到死亡威脅。
在USC演講後不久，又受邀前往美國加州棕櫚泉(Palm Springs）)的研討會演講，有醫師猛力摔門離場、言語攻擊，當下全場一片靜默，陳博士震驚到不知該如何繼續。
但他沒有放棄，十多年堅持不斷分享經驗，幫助更多病人。
終於在2007年，波士頓研討會(Boston symposium)受到邀請專門講解「水壓式推鼻竇術HSC」，才逐漸獲得國際認同。
從被質疑到被肯定，這段歷程就是創新的最好證明。

Back in 1996, Dr. Chen invented Hydraulic Sinus Condensing (HSC). Many doctors struggled to accept this idea. He recalled being invited to give an HSC lecture at the USC symposium in 1998, where many doctors laughed and left unprofessional remarks on Dental Town, a dental forum platform. He also received some death threats from his peers regarding his invention. Shortly after the USC symposium, he remembered lecturing in Palm Springs, CA, at one of the academy meetings when, in the middle of the lecture, two doctors stood up, slammed the door, and shouted inflammatory words loudly in the hallway. The entire lecture fell silent, and he was shocked and didn’t know what to say. After more than 10 years of persistent belief and a willingness to share his experiences to benefit many patients, finally, in 2007, the Boston symposium invited him to speak about HSC. Since then, his pioneering idea of using a rotary bur or drill via the crestal approach into the sinus has gained recognition among his peers.
